Refund policy

If you would like to request a return, please review our return, refund & exchanges policy below for beitjewelry.com purchases. Products must be returned in new conditions as purchased initially. BEIT has the right to limit returns or exchange at beitjewelry.com as we see abusive return activities.

 

How do I return purchase?

Your purchases can be easily returned for FREE with our prepaid return shipping label. If we receive your returned item by mail within 30 days of purchase, we will process a full refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item. If we receive your return item by mail within 31 – 45 days of purchase, we will process a full refund in the form of gift card for the item which can be redeemed at beitjewelry.com. For items that we receive after 45 days of purchase date, not in perfect conditions, will not be eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Please note that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable.

 

How long will I receive my refund?

Please allow our system two weeks for your return to be processed after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution might take a couple of business days to reflect the transaction.
