Shipping

What are the shipping fees?

All shipping is free for orders over $30 shipped to the United States. Yay!

What is the expected delivery date?

Standard delivery time is 4 to 5 business days. We ship our products via USPS and also offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.

Can you ship to my PO Box?

Yes, we can ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.

Do you offer international purchases?

No, we do not offer international purchases at this time.

How can I find my order number?

1. Your Order

If you have a BEIT account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order. Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!

Can I cancel or update my order after purchase?

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order by sending us an email to support@beitjewelry.com with your order number. Please note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

Can I change my address after purchase?

Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Please note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, BEIT cannot change the address on our end.

How can I track my order?

Already have an account?
First, log into your BEIT account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Status: Processing
Your order has been handed over to our operations team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 2 business days!

Status: Shipped
Yay! Your order has been packed and its on the way to you. Please note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

Status: Partial
It looks like your order has a shipping later or made-to-order piece! To ensure you can get started on enjoying your BEIT piece as early as posible, we've shipped the available pieces first.


Don't have an account?
No worries! You can still track your order in "Track My Order" under Customer Care tab on the ribbon. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day.

Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Your purchases can be easily returned for FREE with our prepaid return shipping label. If we receive your returned item by mail within 30 days of purchase, we will process a full refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item. If we receive your return item by mail within 31 – 45 days of purchase, we will process a full refund in the form of gift card for the item which can be redeemed at beitjewelry.com. For items that we receive after 45 days of purchase date, not in perfect conditions, will not be eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Please note that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable.

 

How much is the return shipping fee?

FREE. Yes, it's free. Kindly use the prepaid return shipping label and the return is on us.

When can I expect a refund?

Please allow our system two weeks for your return to be processed after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution might take a couple of business days to reflect the transaction.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not offer online exchanges at this time.
